Thanks to the deligent help of Len Campbell and Mel Collier, I have begun a new and exciting journey looking for my ancesters. From their leads to census information, I have found my G-Grandfather's parents, Matthew and Ellen Butler in the 1880 census for Panola Co. I have found Ellen Butler and her children in the Kingfisher Co, ag. census for 1900. One name linked the two census information--a son named Jesse. Now I have a new quest, to find what happened to Matthew in MS. and what happened to Jesse Butler in Oklahoma. I also found more information on my G-grandfather's brother George. I went to Kingfisher, OK yesterday and found a marriage license, and in Enid I found estate probate documents and--his daughter and 2 granddaughters. It turns out I probably had an aquantance with his one of his granddaughter's and didn't know it because she lived here in Enid and died only about 4 yr.s ago. Now I have to track her children which leads me to why I am posting this message. One of his granddaughter's is listed as living in Minnepaw, OK in 1962 but I or anyone else I know have never heard of this place or town or street. can someone help me find it?

PS. I still have not been able to link John and Matt Butler so I am looking in the 1870 census but with no luck! I need to know the date of local or county census so I can order them.
