I am trying to locate family of Norman Smith. He is my daughters grandfather. He died in 1980 I belive. My daughters father knows nothing about him except that he was a black panther. I really need help. I don't even know where he is buried. He has children in Chicago, so he may be from there. Can someone please help. I don't know where to start.
