I have copies of the 1854-1857 account books of RD Golding, who owned a forge and sawmill that were worked by enslaved craftsmen. If you can trace your family to Hardin Golden (b. 1835, blacksmith, married to Ruth Martin), Toney Golden (b. 1824, farmer), Harmon Hill (b. 1826, farmer), Benjamin Moore (b. 1817, farmer), Antney (Anthony) Miller (b. 1823, laborer) or Green Moor (b. 1815, farmer), I'll be happy to share the information in the books. I also have marriage records for Green Golden (b. 1835) and Dicey Hill (b. 1846).
