The Witherspoon cemetary no longer exist. Back in the early
70's or 80's the graves was moved to another cemetery across town.

They put a new road through the cemetery, which at the time I found
to be very wrong, but the city of Lancaster did this for what reason I don't know. The road I never use. There are still two graves there which I was told the family didn't want them moved.

I also, have family that was buried there. I got the information from
the death certifcates of my gggrandmother and ggrandfather.

I didn't want you to take a trip there and find it gone.

There is a Clinton cemetery behind Clinton Elementary School just up the street where the Witerspoon cementery once was. I was in Lancaster for the weekend right around the corner from both. Hope this helps.
