I did not mean to sound harsh. I am just frustrated. I have all the cenus information that I could find on a Will Witherspoon. This is my problem. Not knowing whois parents were, I do not no which of these families I have found on the censes records from 1930-1970 is his. I went to the church where he was buried, and was informed by the deacons, that they did not keep any records before 1950. I called every funeral home in Lancaster County, SC. None of these funeral homes have any Will Witherspoon in the archives. I requested his death certificate from Vital records in Columbia, SC. I was told that they did not have it, to check with the funeral that was the undertaker at that time. Ingoring that fact that I stated in my request that I had no information on Will as far as his burial. I contacted Lancaster County office, of course they sent me back to Vital Records in Columbia. I am just frustrated being sent back and forth to the same places that has already told me that they have no records. I do apprecaite your assistance, I was just upset because I knew that I have cover all of my grounds and was seeking for help in other directions that I may not know of.
