How bothersome I'm sure he's out there somewhere. How old was he when he died? Have you found a World War I and/or World War II draft card for him? WWI draft cards are on microfilm for all men born between 1873-1900. WWII draft cards are public for men born between April 1877 to February 1897. Did he serve in any war? If so see if the Recorder of Deeds in Lancaster County has his discharge papers. Did he have a social security card? Did he have brothers & sisters, maybe you can find a death certificate for a brother or sister.
