I am seeking information on two great-grandfathers. Shelton Owens the father of Bill Owens who died in Worth County Georgia in l9l9. Bill was born in Tensas Parish in 1853 if any one is able to search the census records in that Parish of Louisiana and say whether there were any other family members listed there. Bill is not found on the census in Georgia. His death certificate was obtained but no other relatives of his besides my grand mother and her siblings is known to us at this time.
